I purchased the Ads Remover or SPARKFUL Subscription but the ads still exist

First, please note that purchasing Ads Remover or subscribing the SPARKFUL will remove ads in the following sections of the app:

  1. Upon opening Walkr
  2. The messages section of the app (except for the rewarded videos provided by the planet creatures!)
  3. The epics section of the app

However, you will still be able to watch ads in order to obtain rewards within the app (e.g., energy cubes, food, special satellites)!

For "Ads Remover" purchases:

If you have previously purchased "Ads Remover", you can continue to use it without any interruption. If the "Ads Remover" stops working, you may go to the settings page and tap "restore purchase" to restore it. However, please note that the "Ads Remover" cannot be used across different platforms. If you switch devices to a platform different from the one where you originally made the purchase, for example, if you purchased it on Google Play (Android) and now use the App Store (iOS), you will not be able to continue using the "Ads Remover". We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be aware that the "Ads Remover" is no longer available in the store.

For "SPARKFUL Subscription":

As long as you are logged into SPARKFUL, you can enjoy the ad-free benefits regardless of the platform. If the subscription benefits are not working, you can go to the settings page and tap "restore purchase" to restore them.

If you still see ads after tapping Restore Purchases:

please get in touch with Customer Service by providing the following information:

  1. Your SPARKFUL ID
  2. Your email receipt from Apple / Google, including the Order ID.
  3. Where you currently see ads
  4. A screenshot of the ad you're seeing
