Where can I find the current fundraiser? Why can't I see the fundraiser's progress?

In order to make sure you can still regularly get "Citizen Daily" updates as well, you won't be able to view a fundraiser's progress each time you check the menu. However, if you check the menu every once in a while, you'll surely catch the fundraiser progress report at the bottom when it appears!
