Why didn't I receive the items I purchased?

Don't worry! We're here to help! Let's take a look and see what could have happened here. Review the information below based on your device's operating system (iOS or Android).

iOS

Possibility #1: I've already completed the transaction, received notification that my payment method was charged, and received an Apple receipt, but still haven't received what I purchased.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the 5th icon in the bottom row of the app's homescreen.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top-right of the page
  3. Locate and tap on Restore Purchases
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

If this does not resolve the problem, please prepare your Apple receipt and your SPARKFUL ID. Then tap the button at the bottom of this page labeled "I accidentally purchased items. How do I get a refund?" and follow the intructions, and SPARKFUL Apps team will assist you as soon as possible.

If you have never created a SPARKFUL ID, please first register to create an account. This will allow us to better help you resolve the problem and manage your account more easily in the future. If you prefer not to create an account, please read this article for other options.

Possibility #2: I've already completed the transaction and received notification that my payment method was charged, but I did not receive an Apple receipt or the items I purchased.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open your iPhone's Settings app.
  2. At the top of the page, tap "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases"
  3. Tap Media & Purchases
  4. Tap View Account
  5. Tap Purchase History

Review your Purchase History to see if the expected transaction appears there. If the transaction does not appear, or if it does appear but it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received a receipt or your items, please refer to Apple Support for further assistance.

Android

Possibility #1: I've already completed the transaction, received notification that my payment method was charged, and received a Google receipt, but still haven't received what I purchased.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the 5th icon in the bottom row of the app's homescreen.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top-right of the page
  3. Locate and tap on Restore Purchases
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the process.

  3. Tap on Account
  4. Tap Purchase History

Review your Purchase History to see if the expected transaction appears there. If the transaction does not appear, or if it does appear but it's been more than 24 hours and you still haven't received a receipt or your items, please contact Google Support for further assistance.
