I purchased the Ad Eraser or Chief Financial Officer but the ads still exist

First, please note that purchasing Ad Eraser or subscribing the Chief Financial Officer will remove ads in the following sections of the app:

  1. The Categories section of the app
  2. The bottom of the function list
  3. The Post Office
  4. The City Bulletin Board
  5. Upon completing missions from Citizen Classifieds Board

However, you will still be able to watch ads in order to obtain rewards within the app (e.g., salesman, free diamond, claim double reward when checking in)!

For "Ad Eraser" purchases:

If you have previously purchased "Ad Eraser", you can continue to use it without any interruption. If the "Ad Eraser" stops working, you may go to the settings page and tap "restore purchase" to restore it. However, please note that the "Ad Eraser" cannot be used across different platforms. If you switch devices to a platform different from the one where you originally made the purchase, for example, if you purchased it on Google Play (Android) and now use the App Store (iOS), you will not be able to continue using the "Ad Eraser". We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be aware that the "Ad Eraser" is no longer sold separately.

For "Chief Financial Officer":

As long as you are logged into SPARKFUL, you can enjoy the ad-free benefits regardless of the platform. If the subscription benefits are not working, you can go to the settings page and tap "restore purchase" to restore them.

If you still see ads after tapping Restore Purchases:

please get in touch with Customer Service by providing the following information:

  1. Your SPARKFUL ID
  2. Your email receipt from Apple / Google, including the Order ID.
  3. Where you currently see ads
  4. A screenshot of the ad you're seeing
