How do I earn medals?

When you subscribe, all you have to do is drink at least 50% of your daily goal to receive a special mystery gift from your Buddy.

Your gift will appear as a small pouch above your Buddy on the app's homescreen. Tap it to receive your gift! Each Buddy offers different gifts and quantities, so be sure to collect them all to reap the greatest Buddy rewards!
