Change the social login attached to my account

Please check below for instructions that apply to the action you wish to take.

Connect a different network to my SPARKFUL ID

For example, you currently use Facebook to log in, but now you would like to log in with Google. To make this change, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the avatar icon in the bottom row of the app's homescreen.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top-right of the page
  3. Tap your profile image at the top of the page
  4. Tap the button labeled "Edit Profile"
  5. Tap the Connect button next to your desired social account
    Please note: If you receive an error after logging in correctly, this indicates that this social login is already connected to another SPARKFUL ID and cannot be used for the current SPARKFUL ID.
  6. Select the social account that you want to remove

Connect to a different account on the same social network

For example, you have two Facebook accounts, and you wish to switch your SPARKFUL ID from Facebook account A to Facebook account B. To make this change, please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the avatar icon in the bottom row of the app's homescreen.
  2. Tap the gear icon at the top-right of the page
  3. Tap your profile image at the top of the page
  4. Tap the button labeled "Edit Profile"
  5. From the list of social networks, choose any other network and tap Connect to log in and temporarily associate your SPARKFUL ID. (This will ensure no data loss will occur when you log out of your currently logged in network.)
  6. From the list of social networks, tap on the network you'd like to update.
  7. Tap the Disconnect button
    Please note: As mentioned in Step 5, you must be connected to at least one other social account before proceeding. Otherwise, you will not be permitted to disconnect your current network.
  8. In the in-app browser, log out of your current social account.
  9. In the Profile Settings, once again select your desired social network and tap Connect.
  10. Log in to the new account using the account's login and password.

Please note: If you receive an error after logging in correctly, this indicates that this social login is already connected to another SPARKFUL ID and cannot be used for the current SPARKFUL ID.
