How to fix garbled data in my exported CSV file?

The Export Data function in Chief Financial Officer allows you to export and download accounting records in CSV file.

If your exported CSV file shows garbled text in Microsoft Excel, it might be due to encoding issues. Please follow these steps to fix it:

1. Right-click the CSV file, select "Open with," and choose "Notepad."
2. Go to "File" → "Save As..." In the "Encoding" dropdown, select "UTF-8 with BOM" and click "Save." Confirm to replace the file if prompted.
3. The data should now display correctly in Microsoft Excel.
