How can I change the plan for my subscription?

Please find the instructions below for your device's OS (iOS or Android) to learn more about changing your subcription plan.

iOS

  1. Go to your iPhone's Settings
  2. Tap on "Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases"
  3. Tap on "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap on SPARKFUL Apps
  5. Tap on the plan you wish to change

Android

  1. Go to your Android device's Google Play store
  2. Tap on the 3-line icon in the top left corner of the page
  3. Tap "Account"
  4. Tap "Subscriptions"
  5. Tap on SPARKFUL Apps
  6. Tap on the plan you wish to change

When you change your plan, please take note of the following changes in how you'll be charged:

Changing from Monthly to Annual

You will only be changed for the new subscription at the conclusion of the current subscription month. For example, if you started a monthly plan on January 1, 2023, but changed to an annual plan on January 10th, your new annual plan would go into effect on February 1, 2023 and you would be charged on that day. Your plan would renew one year later.

Changing from Annual to Monthly

Your monthly subscription will only take effect at the conclusion of your current annual subscription period, as there are no partial refunds for changes to subscription plans. For example, if you started an annual plan on January 1, 2023, but changed to a monthly plan on January 10th, your annual subscription would continue for the full year. On January 1, 2024 (after your annual plan concluded), your monthly plan would take effect and you would be charged accordingly.
