Can I change the status of canceled tasks, for example to mark them incomplete, in progress, or complete?

Unfortunately not. Tasks that have been canceled can be deleted, however it is not possible to change their status (i.e., to incomplete, in progress, or complete). Please note, even once you have deleted a canceled task, it is not possible to remove cross-marked blocks from your land.
